Certy does not guarantee that:
• You will receive loan offers.
• Any funding will be approved.
• A lender will offer you the best terms available in the market.
Lending decisions are solely at the discretion of the lender.
5. Fees and Charges
Certy does not charge businesses for introductions. We may receive a commission from lenders for successful introductions, but this does not influence the recommendations made.
6. Your Responsibilities
You agree that:
• You will not use our services for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.
• You will independently assess any loan offer before accepting.
• You will comply with any agreements entered into with a lender.
7. Data Protection & Privacy
Certy complies with UK GDPR and Data Protection laws. By using our service, you agree that we may share your details with lenders in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We will never sell your data to third parties.

• Certy is not responsible for any losses, damages, or liabilities resulting from decisions made based on our introductions.
